Policies and procedures

At Cradley CE Primary School, our policies and procedures are more than documents to be followed — they are a reflection of who we are and what we believe.

Our vision, “Believe, belong, be happy; every child, every chance, every day,” sits at the heart of everything we do. Our policies help us put this vision into practice, ensuring that every child is known, valued, safe and given the opportunity to flourish.

Rooted in our Christian foundation, our values of trust, respect, belonging, kindness, courage, forgiveness, perseverance, resilience and caring guide the decisions we make and the way we work together. They provide a shared framework for our staff, pupils, families and governors, helping us to create a school community where everyone can feel a sense of belonging and play their part.

Our policies set out clear expectations and responsibilities, promote fairness and consistency, and help us meet our statutory duties. Most importantly, they support us in doing what is right for our children — every child, every chance, every day.

We regularly review our policies to ensure that they remain current, effective and responsive to the needs of our school community, whilst reflecting the latest statutory guidance and good practice.

Our policies provide the framework; our values bring them to life.
