Spirituality

A shared understanding of spirituality underpins our worship and prayer life at Cradley. It helps us create meaningful moments that nurture reflection, wonder and connection — rooted in our vision “Believe, belong, be happy; every child, every chance, every day”. This shared foundation ensures worship remains relevant, inclusive and deeply rooted in our Christian values, supporting every child’s personal and spiritual growth.

While we make every effort to plan for spiritual moments within our curriculum, often such moments cannot be planned ahead of time and therefore staff and pupils are encouraged to pause when such moments and experiences arise naturally.

Prayer tables within classrooms provide pupils with a space where they can pause, reflect and pray and a shared area in our hall is accessible for pupils and staff throughout the week as well as being a focus for class worship on a weekly rotation.

Currently our hall prayer space has the following features; Pom Pom Prayers, Gratitude Garden and Awe and Wonder Wall.
