Our first prayer space provided pupils with the following stations for reflection and prayer:

Our World - referring to a world map, we brought to mind connections with others around the world, people and situations we wanted to bring before God.

Light in the Night - by remembering how the star guided the Wise Men to the stable where Jesus was born, we explored areas of our lives where we need help from God.

Let it go - we wrote down our worries with special ink then watched as the worries were washed away in water.

Be still - a space with candle, blankets and cushions to sit quietly and just be still.

The Greatest Gift - a tree where we can record those things for which we are thankful/

The Mirror - decorated with quotes from the bible that declare our value and worth, we were encouraged to look at ourselves and see ourselves as God sees us - made in His image!
