Equality Act 2010
-
We are fully committed to meeting our duties under the Equality Act 2010 and to promoting fairness, respect, and inclusion across our whole school community. This means we work actively to ensure that no child, family member, or member of staff is treated less favourably because of their age, disability, gender, race, religion or belief, sexual orientation, or family circumstances.
In practice, this commitment shapes everything we do. We strive to remove barriers to learning, provide appropriate support and reasonable adjustments where needed, and create an environment where everyone feels safe, valued, and able to thrive. Our policies, curriculum, and daily practice reflect our belief that every child deserves dignity, opportunity, and encouragement.
Through high expectations, strong relationships, and a culture of kindness and respect, we promote understanding and celebrate diversity. Guided by our school vision, we work in partnership with families and the wider community to ensure that every child feels they belong, can believe in themselves, and is supported to be happy and successful—every child, every chance, every day.
